I have been quite busy, lots of trainings and work. Yet, after some struggle, I decided to take up the new transaction for another boss. Out of my expectation, I find such interest in the work I am doing now that I am willing to work (extra) hard and give up my leisure time. I have a strong desire to learn.
Had a training session on litigation. I felt excited about the nature of litigation work. I am quite certain about my interest in this area, but I am unsure about my ability. Does everyone have doubts like me? I volunteered to take litigation trainings in addition to my own department's ones. Not sure whether I can handle all these, but I know my time in London is short. These opportunities won't be available once I leave London.
A friend asked me, am I aggressive or do I just like to play too much? I guess I am more the latter. What do you think?
